ACE Volleyball clinics are built around purposeful training, small coach-to-athlete ratios, and high-repetition skill development that leads to real improvement. Our experienced coaching staff focuses on teaching athletes not only how to perform skills, but also how to understand the game and make confident decisions under pressure. Each session is intentionally designed to provide meaningful feedback, structured progression, and an environment that challenges athletes while supporting their growth. At ACE, athletes do not just get touches — they receive intentional coaching that helps them advance, compete, and excel.
Success is measured not only by wins, but by athletes who stay healthy, confident, and motivated year after year.
The only available session is Session #6 Back Row Specialist Clinic: March 17, 7:00 – 9:00 pm at East Lions CC.
ACE Adult Clinics are designed for adult athletes of all experience levels who want to improve their skills in a structured, supportive training environment. ACE Summer Weekly Clinics are designed to help athletes stay sharp during the off-season while continuing to build strong technical foundations. Athletes train weekly in a high-rep, focused environment that emphasizes skill consistency, decision-making, and confidence development. These sessions provide athletes with ongoing feedback and structured training that helps them enter the fall season more prepared, confident, and game-ready.
The ACE Serving Clinic focuses on developing purposeful, aggressive servers who can apply pressure from the first contact. Athletes will work on serving mechanics, toss consistency, footwork, velocity, and target-based serving. Training emphasizes intentional serving strategies that help athletes move beyond simply “getting the ball in” and begin serving with confidence and a tactical plan.
The First Contact Clinic is designed to build consistency and control in serve receive. Athletes will focus on platform angle, footwork patterns, reading the server, seam responsibility, and passing to target. By improving the quality of first contact, athletes gain the ability to stabilize their team’s offense and create more scoring opportunities.
This clinic is built for athletes who want to strengthen their defensive presence and back-row skill set. Training focuses on defensive positioning, reading hitters, movement patterns, digging technique, and transition play. Athletes will develop the ability to keep rallies alive while creating opportunities for their team to counterattack.
The ACE Attacking Clinic is designed to help athletes develop a more complete offensive toolbox. Sessions emphasize approach mechanics, arm swing efficiency, shot selection, vision, and timing. Athletes will learn how to generate more power, make smarter offensive decisions, and score with a variety of attacking options.
The All Skills Clinic provides well-rounded training across serving, passing, defense, attacking, and game-like decision-making. This session is ideal for athletes who want balanced development and high-repetition training across multiple skill areas while receiving detailed technical feedback from ACE coaches.
