
Volleyball Coach & Mentor with over 30 years in the sport
I am a veteran Canadian volleyball coach with over 30 years of involvement in the sport.
I have built a distinguished career across multiple levels – from school gyms to international arenas – and i am known for my success in developing young athletes and leading teams to championships.
My journey includes roles as a university coach, high school coach, club coach, and sports program coordinator, earning my recognition as a key figure in Ontario’s volleyball community.
Highlights include:
20+ Years Coaching: Over two decades of experience coaching at the high school, club, and university levels.
Championship Success: Led teams to multiple conference and regional titles (WOSSAA, TVRA) and three OFSAA provincial championship appearances.
College & International Coaching: Served as a graduate assistant coach at Western University and at Southwest Missouri State University, and even coached a high school team in New Zealand from 2001–2002.
Varsity Player Background: Four-year varsity player at Western University (middle and right-side hitter) and began coaching as a graduate assistant during that time.
Youth Development Focus: Head coach at Forest City Volleyball Club, leading and developing 12U–16U youth teams since 2018.


Starred as a varsity player at Western University and launched my coaching career as a Graduate Assistant Coach with the Western Mustangs.
Moved abroad to coach the Papakura High School team in Auckland, New Zealand, gaining valuable international coaching experience.
Guided the Westminster Secondary School girls’ team (London, ON) to an OFSAA provincial tournament berth, a milestone for the school.
Returned to Forest City Volleyball Club to head coach youth teams (12U/13U), dedicating efforts to developing young athletes at the grassroots level.
Honored with the Ontario Volleyball Association’s Recognition Award for my decades of contribution to volleyball development in the province.
Guided FCVC 16U Girls to win OVA Provincial Gold, marking the first girls’ provincial title for the club in over a decade — a milestone season for both coach and team.
Actively coaching high school athletes at South Collegiate Institute and mentoring youth players through FCVC, focusing on foundational skill development, character building, and preparing athletes for the next level.

Achieved numerous WOSSAA and TVRA championship titles at the high school level, establishing a winning program in my region.
NCCP Development Coach (Trained) – holds national coaching certification through Volleyball Canada, reflecting her commitment to coach education.
